OrgPAK Talent provides a rich search function to help identify people around the organisation. This may be to find expertise, or to find the most appropriate people to fill a new role.

 

The search bar is a free text search function. Just type in what you’re looking for and our search function will display those individuals that have a match. 

 

Alternatively, there are specific search filters available for Accountabilities, Capabilities, Strengths, Team Dimension profile, Five Factor Personality profile, Feedback, Performance, and Employment Status. These filters have been designed to narrow down a search to some pre-determined criteria.

 

To search the organisation for a specific attribute (Capability, Strength, Team Dimension, Employment Status), click on the relevant section. The most popular search choices are displayed. Select from this list or begin to type the specific element that is required. As information is added, the available matching attributes are displayed. Selecting from this list will display any individuals that match the requirement.

 

Five factor and feedback searches work slightly differently. These are based on adjustable sliders that display individuals that match the selected range. Place the cursor on the slider bar, hold down the mouse button and move the slider to the desired range. 

 

Performance

Performance search will depend on the configuration and permissions of your organisation. The default performance criteria are binary (Agree/Disagree). In the search section, click on the required option. Only individuals that match that selection will be displayed.
