To edit an individual’s OrgPak ID information, press EDIT PROFILE.
The elements that you have permission to view, and update will appear on the screen.
All potential elements are described below
Employment Status
This is a drop-down menu that sets the person’s employment relationship with the organisation. Choices include Full time, Part time, Contractor, Consultant and Temp.
Capabilities
Select ‘+ Add item’ in the Capabilities section. This will open an add item box. As you type the addition, existing organisational capabilities will appear to promote consistency of descriptions. When you have chosen the capability from the list (or added a new one), press the CREATE button. This will update the capability list, but you must press FINISH EDITING to save the changes on the profile.
Strengths
Select ‘+ Add item’ in the Strengths section. This will open an add item box. As you type the addition, existing defined strengths will appear. When you have chosen the strength(s) from the list, press the CREATE button. This will update the strengths list, but you must press FINISH EDITING to save the changes on the profile.
Education/Qualifications
Select ‘+ Add item’ in the Education/Qualifications section. This will open an add item box. As you type the addition, existing descriptions will appear. When you have chosen a qualification from the list (or added a new one), press the CREATE button. This will update the Education/Qualifications list, but you must press FINISH EDITING to save the changes on the profile.
Personal Interests
Select ‘+ Add item’ in the Personal Interests section. This will open an add item box. As you type the addition, existing descriptions will appear. When you have chosen a Personal Interest from the list (or added a new one), press the CREATE button. This will update the Personal Interests list, but you must press FINISH EDITING to save the changes on the profile.
Avatar/Photo
Click on the Upload new avatar cloud to add a new or replace an existing avatar. This will open your files list. Select the image you’d like to use and press the upload button. This readies the image for upload. If you have selected the wrong image in error, you can delete it using the bin icon next to the image and select a new one. You must press FINISH EDITING to save the changes on the profile.
Role Performance Reviews
Only the Performance role and the Team Leader for a specific role can modify the performance review section. Each performance question has a binary answer – a ü or a !
Clicking on the ü flags that the team leader agrees with the statement.
Clicking on the ! flags that the team leader does not agree with this statement. In this case there is an option to insert a link to external task management or performance management systems. Although the performance flag updates on screen immediately, you must press FINISH EDITING to save the changes on the profile.
It is also possible to upload any relevant documents to the role, if for example your organisation uses a paper-based appraisal system. Click on the file icon, press + to upload new document. You can drag and drop your selected file into the checked box or click to choose a file. Select your document and press ‘upload’. The paperclip icon lets you know that your document has been prepared. Press ‘ADD DOCUMENT’ to save include the document in the profile.
Selecting the document icon, lists the documents saved against the role. These can also be deleted using the red bin icon. You must press FINISH EDITING to save the changes on the profile.
Team Dimension
The team dimension profile outlines an individual’s general approach to working in a team. To include a team dimension profile, move the cursor to the appropriate location on the circle. The appropriate description will appear automatically. You must press FINISH EDITING to save the changes on the profile.
Five Factor Personality Profile
The five-factor model provides a personality profile across five key dimensions. To update a profile, move the sliders to the appropriate score for each factor. You must press FINISH EDITING to save the changes on the profile.
Biography
The Biography section is for individuals to share the things that are important to them in their work and to describe their own sense of personal purpose. This section is to help other people around the organisation to find people that have a connection to relevant functions and projects. To edit the Passions and Purpose sections, press EDIT PROFILE. Record the biography section in the free text edit boxes available. Remember to press FINISH EDITING to save changes on the profile.
Goals
The Goals section is for individuals to record their short-term priorities, medium term goals and long-term career aspirations. This area links individuals with other people around the organisation that are responsible for relevant teams and projects. To edit the goals sections, press EDIT PROFILE. Record the various goals in the free text edit boxes available. Remember to press FINISH EDITING to save changes on the profile.
