To fill a role, select the role in the organisation view and press EDIT. Editing a role is restricted to those with the appropriate admin rights, typically the team leader. If you would like to add a role filler, but are unable to do so, please contact your system administrator.

 

Role fillers are defined at the bottom of the role page. To add a role filler, press the + icon next to the ‘Add fillers’ description.


This opens a search bar where you can look for the person, you’d like to fill the role. You can select multiple role fillers for a position. 

There is an option to add a ‘Speciality’ for that person in the role. This may be a technical speciality, a geographic location, a client type, etc. This option is not compulsory. 

When you have selected the role-filler and added any relevant specialities press CONFIRM. This will then log the changes you have made to the role.
