To edit a role, select the role in the organisation view and press EDIT. Editing a role is restricted to those with the appropriate admin rights, typically the team leader. If you would like to edit some role information, but are unable to do so, please contact your system administrator.
It is possible to update all elements within a role, though Purpose is likely to remain consistent.
Remember to adhere to the same guidelines as role creation.
Accountabilities are active and specific verbs and must be within the remit of the team circle. If removing an accountability, it must either have become redundant or it is being picked up by another role.
A role’s FTE (full time equivalency) percentage can change over time, so this can be modified. For example, a full-time role - 100%, three days per week - 60%, 3 weeks per month - 75%, etc.
Role fillers can be changed here too. To remove a filler, press the Red Bin icon, next to their name. You’ll be prompted to confirm your action.

Press FINISH EDITING to save your changes. Your modifications will appear immediately in the organisational view.
